What are Osaka Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s Project Certificate Examination “Certificate in Business Accounting Exam”?
“Certificate in Business Accounting Exam” is an examination founded by the Osaka Chamber of Commerce and Industry in February 2007. The exam is aimed to measure accountant’s ability to judge companies’ financial operational situations and cash flows through analysis and comprehension of various processes, laws, and structures of accounting. Experience in bookkeeping is not required for this exam. The first examination is on July 29th, 2007 and it will test Level Three only.

| Graduated from Kansai University Business School. He obtained Ph.D. in Business in March 1980 from same school and was appointed as the full-time lecturer and then Professor in 1991. He directs the Financial Analysis Department and is the academic supervisor for Ph.D. candicates in Economics.
