Tokyo Legal Mind K.K. (LEC) – Japan's foremost educational institution for professional licensing and certification – has launched an audiovisual transmission service for license exams using "mobaraji movies" (an audiovisual transmission system for mobile phones) developed by Klab K.K., a platform provider for mobile phones.
Attendance to a full-length course via mobile phone
Previously, the audiovisual classes were restricted by the memory capacity of each mobile phone, therefore only lessons for complete download were available.
However, Klab's "mobaraji movie" system introduced a unique compressing and buffering technique, enabling audiovisual message transmission unaffected by memory restrictions. LEC developed this new course delivery style after considering the special characteristics of mobile phones and a reduction in the cost of packages available to mobile phone users.

Ongoing content transmission
This service has already been incorporated into the "Associate Authorized Surveyor Review Course", and will be offered for "Timely answer releases" and "review courses" for CPA exam sessions between May 25th and June 4th.
We are currently beta-testing transmission of the exam review sessions, however we plan to provide this new style of course, including extending paid courses such as the 'Business Manners Course', by utilizing the special characteristics of mobile phones.
