Market Testing: "Model Business Market Testing" to be implemented
“On-the-job training” is to be held at the Lifelong Human Resources Development Center (also known as the Ability Garden*)
Tokyo Legal Mind K.K. (LEC) – Japan's foremost educational institution for professional licensing and certification – is implementing special on-the-job training, for which the Ability Garden's equipment and facilities are to be used, starting in July. Following the skills training for the unemployed begun this April, this will be this year's second implementation
Characteristics of the training program
LEC is implementing this training program for the career development of working people, who are already involved in practical business affairs. We aim to improve the success of our model businesses through practical business courses utilizing our decades of experience in professional legal licensing and certification, while increasing the satisfaction of our participants.
Accomplishments
LEC successfully bid for the rights to offer special business training for the unemployed at the Lifelong Human Resources Development Center (also known as the Ability Garden) for two consecutive years, 2004 and 2005. LEC has been implementing lectures that focus on real-world skills. Capacity was exceeded for both programs. LEC has also established an office within the Ability Garden to deal with inquiries and requests from participants.
* The Ability Garden is a public institution devoted to professional development, established to enhance the skills of white-collar professionals. Its official name is the Lifelong Human Resources Development Center – Employment and Human Resources Development Organization.
Upcoming Lectures Program
All lectures are to be held on weekdays between 19:00 and 21:00. Attendance is limited to 24 participants per lecture.
