Human Resource and Staffing Services:

  • LEC Group Staffing Service Company expands
  • Nagoya Branch Office set to open January 2006
  • Grand Opening Event to be held: "Seminar & Reception for Practicing Entrepreneurs with Qualifications"

Tokyo Legal Mind K.K (LEC) will open the new Nagoya Branch of Procareer K.K. (a wholly owned subsidiary of LEC) next January. As a special opening event, LEC Nagoya and Procareer will hold a “Seminar & Reception for Practicing Entrepreneurs with Qualifications.”

<LEC Group Staffing Service Company expanding within the Tokai Area>

Procareer K.K. was established in 1999 as a wholly owned subsidiary of LEC Tokyo Legal Mind - a major institution for qualification and skills training. Procareer's main focus has been providing temporary staffing services for qualified experts. In the Kansai area, the Kobe Branch office and the Kyoto Branch office were opened in October and November of this year, respectively. And in January, the new Nagoya branch will open its doors at LEC's Nagoya campus, and will be Procareer's first branch in the economically booming Tokai area. The trade volume through Nagoya port has been the nation's highest for 4 years running, and a particularly high demand for Registered Customs Specialists is expected.
Procareer K.K. is anticipating a billion yen sales increase from the opening of these new branches.

<A Practical Socialized Approach to Specialized Human Resource Services>

As the labor market becomes ever more fluid, so does the need for qualified specialists. In the past, it was difficult for specialized workers to change employers, except when starting a new business. Procareer K.K. refers qualified specialists to the kind of business or specialized work environment that best matches the individual. Meanwhile, Procareer addresses the human resource needs of specialized business environments.
