Two LEC University Students Pass the Certified Social Insurance and Labor Consultant (Sharoshi) National Qualification Exam.

Two LEC University students from the Osaka campus have passed the Certified Social Insurance and Labor Consultant (Sharoshi) national qualification exam. The results of the 37th Certified Social Insurance and Labor Consultant exam were published on November 11th and the two students placed among the 4286 people (last year 4850) who passed the exam. The passing ratio of the exam was 8.9% (compared to last year’s 9.4%).

The Certified Social Insurance and Labor Consultant qualification - known as Sharoshi in Japanese - is the only national qualification which allows a professional to legally handle issues pertaining specifically to labor and social security. There is a growing demand for Certified Social Insurance and Labor Consultants who are familiar with labor and social security regulations and can give advice on labor management and human resource management in businesses.
