Tokyo Legal Mind K.K. (LEC), a human-resource development company and educational institution for professional licensing and certification, has introduced a “Pre-paid ticket system” for our professional licensing and certification courses.Under this system, students will be able to attend class in part and make payment almost as a monthly-tuition.
About the pre-paid ticket systems
The “Pre-paid Ticket System” divides a professional licensing and certification course into two or more parts.For example, the Certified Book-keeper 3rd Level Master Class - which is comprised of 10 classes in total - will be divided into 2 parts (1-5 and 5-10) by introducing a 2-ticket system.This system will allow students to attend the course one credit at a time (1 credit per ticket) and pay for the course almost as a monthly tuition.This system is especially advantageous to students who are not certain at the beginning of classes if they can finish the course, and for students who would like to study the subject only in part.
Course Information (Courses that have introduced the Pre-paid Ticket System)
Currently, the courses that have introduced the Pre-paid Ticket System are as follows:
- Certified Social Insurance Labor Consultant Course for Beginners
(Weekday Daytime classes only)
The Pre-paid Ticket System has been implemented into this course to reflect the growing needs of students, for example: “I would like to learn about the general rules on labor, including social securities and working regulations, but I am not confident in my ability to fully concentrate for an entire regular 2.5 hour class.” Thus LEC has introduced a 90-minute class that gives students more flexibility in choosing classes, as well as the necessary training to pass the certification examination. This course is also targeted at students with a lack of work experience; our professional staff will be able to teach and train the students who have little or no full-time experience.
Price: 1 ticket (for 10 classes) JPY 10,000 (tax included) - Certified Book-keeper 2nd and 3rd level Master Class
(Morning and Daytime Classes on Weekdays & Non-taped Lecture Type classes only)
This class was designed for those individuals who want to study during the daytime on weekdays, but are not sure if they can complete the course: for example, housewives, retired persons, and students. -
3rd level classes (10 classes in total) are divided into 2 tickets, and 2nd level classes (24 classes in total) are divided into 4 tickets.

We are planning to greatly expand the number of courses using the Pre-Paid System in the coming years.
