Outsourcing Personnel Division of LEC: Tokyo Legal Mind. K.K. and LEC subsidiaries (Starting January, 2005)

LEC: Tokyo Legal Mind. K.K., as a human-resource development company and an educational institution for professional licensing and certificates, will be outsourcing its personnel division and related divisions to LEC Social Security & Labor Professional Corporation from January, 2005.

LEC Social Security & Labor Professional Corporation, is a organization established in April, 2003, and is operated by certified social security & labor consultants who are graduates of the educational institute of LEC: Tokyo Legal Mind. K.K. The organization has already received recognition as a professional institute for its handling of the outsourced labor and social security processes of Procareer K.K. and Procare K.K. that began in 2004.

LEC: Tokyo Legal Mind. K.K., with 981 full-time employees and 2,144 staff (as of December 29, 2004), is outsourcing its personnel division to LEC Social Security & Labor Professional Corporation in order to streamline its administrative structure.It will be reallocating staff from the personnel division to more profitable fields to strengthen LEC's core operations.
