Over 400 Applicants for YES exam

LEC related Extension Learning NPO, is offering the YES-Program exam at 6 locations throughout Japan on 27th and 28th of November. There are over 400 applicants, and it will be a nationwide exam for the first time ever.

[What is the YES Program?]

Yes Program (Youth Employability Support Program)

Commissioned by the Ministry of Labor, the Yes Program aims to make young people more employable and to help employers to find suitable recruits.

Qualities that employers desire in recruits are:

Assessment:
Participation by either a training program or an exam will make a candidate eligible to apply for a certificate from the Ministry of Labor.
