As has been reported in recent media coverage, LEC: Tokyo Legal Mind K.K, as a human-resource development company and institution for professional license and certificate education, has submitted a proposal to the government for a Trial Privatization relating to the following bodies: The Public Employment Security Office ["Hello-work"], The Social Insurance Office or Agency ["Shakai Hoken Jimusho"] and The Vocational Training Institution ["Shokugyou Kunren Shisetsu"].
Our proposal is rooted in our professional experience in education and our involvement in public projects. In our 25 years of experience in professional license and certificate education, we have trained thousands of highly skilled professionals. Our operations have expanded into various fields: personnel services, employment assistance services, welfare and child-care services, and skill development services for professionals. Leveraging our professional educational experience, we have established LEC University, the first for-profit university in Japan. The creation of a special government structural reform zone made LEC University possible. Recently, we have committed ourselves to youth employment promotion projects (LEC Job Cafe) for central and local government.
