Health, Labor and Welfare Ministry set a standard for qualifying youth searching for employment by testing basic knowledge required in the work field.
Testing Requirement
This standardized qualification exam is for university or career school students, graduates, early retirees, and part timers.
Generally speaking, anyone who would like to take the exam can. (General level: university graduate)
Exam Content
In the Youth Employment Support exam administered by Continuing Education NPO six fields of business skills are tested.
In the Communication and Business Manner section of the exam, examinees are required to act out in-office situations.
