Our Mission

Recruitment Development Project

Matching candidates to right jobs and finding more ways each individual can contribute to the work force are important to both society and individuals. LEC's recruitment development projects were commissioned under local public agencies' free job placement service projects and the Public Employment Security Offices Hello Work scheme. These projects find new job openings that have not been registered with the Public Employment Security Offices Hello Work scheme, so that they enable residents to find job opening information in their region. Recruitment development staff is normally hired when state subsidies for local job creation are allotted to a region; this often leads to actual job creation.
