Registered Real Estate Transaction Managers
Registered Real Estate Transaction Managers are competent to give advice on important matters related to real estate, and can sign and seal contracts and other documents. Qualified Apartment Managers
This is a new qualification, brought into existence on August 1, 2001 by the Law For Promotion and Rationalization of Apartment Management. The Apartment Manager has specialized practical and legal knowledge. He or she can give advice about management of an apartment block or of a management association. Qualified Building Manager ["Kanri gyoumu shuninsha"]
Building managers are qualified to explain matters relating to contracts. They oversee and report to management associations. Real Estate Appraiser
