If your website is or may fall into one of the following categories, we firmly refuse any links to our website.

  • Websites that intend to damage the reputation or trust of LECfs products or services.
  • Websites that invade the rights (copy right, trademark right, privacy) of, staff, lecturers, or third parties.
  • Websites that are against the public good, or that may damage the trust and dignity of our company
  • Websites that include our website in their own frames
  • Websites or links that misleadingly represent an entity to be in any type of partnership or cooperation, or
  • websites that falsely represent themselves or another entity to be in any way supported, accredited, or approved by LEC

1Definition

The term LEC Homepage includes all the information and data such as documents, pictures, or sounds of Tokyo Legal Mind K.K. (referred to hereinafter "LEC?h) that are uploaded, used, or registered on the internet. (hereinafter, this information and data is referred to as "contenth.)

2. Copyright

The copyright of LEC web content belongs to LEC.

3. Prohibition against reproduction and other relevant acts

i. It is prohibited to reproduce, adapt, reprint, lend, sell, transmit publicly, or make transmittable (making accessible from computer terminals), all or part of LEC content without permission, which goes beyond the scope of the copyright law. However, if individual content is attached with its own conditions of use, it may be used only under those designated conditions.

ii. It is not permitted to alter or delete all or part of LEC web content without permission.

iii. If either or both of previous two clauses are violated, the act will constitute an infringement of copyright except in cases where such acts are permitted by law. If you intend to copy, please request permission to our company in advance. However, we reject any use of our contents intended to promote commercial competition with LEC.

4. About other rights

LEC Homepage does not permit any right based on patent, trademark, or registration of a design that is held by our company or a third party. For example, LEC does not permit or allow use of licenses and patents for software or other products that are introduced or referred to in our contents.For the use of these products, you are advised to comply with the regulations and license contracts for each product or service provider.

5. Restriction with ethical or moral reasons

Even if use of LEC content is in accordance with each article of this regulation, we reserve the right to prohibit its use if LEC recognizes in that use, some inappropriateness from an ethical, moral, or other point of view.
