LEC: Tokyo Legal Mind University’s mission is to foster specialists with a 100% job search success rate in the “Knowledge Value Society” of the 21^st century (an era when knowledge is at the core of social wealth). In order to realize this goal, our university has introduced an innovative educational system that meets the needs of a society that requires the practical cultivation of occupational knowledge. The expertise and the abilities to be immediately productive are much needed in today’s society. Attaining “employability” that goes beyond sheer knowledge will be the survival tool of the 21^st century businessperson.

LEC Graduate School of Accountancy aims to train practical accounting specialists with a high level of expertise. Our educational concept integrates four main points: The skills to be immediately productive as an accountant, the adaptability to work in an international setting, the acquisition of ethics and knowledge for auditing and other operations, and the ability to serve as CEO and/or CFO. Through the establishment of the for-profit university in the Structural Reform Designated Special Zones, we aim to contribute to vitalizing the regional economy, and to conduct practical education that fits social needs.
