To ensure that everyone in Japan can enjoy this access anytime and anywhere, LEC: Tokyo Legal Mind has established academies in all of Japan's major metropolitan areas under the aegis of LEC’s Headquarters located in each area. This network enables us both to disseminate information uniformly throughout the nation and to provide information tailored to specific areas.

The IT revolution has brought us new communications media (satellite broadcasting, the Internet, optical fibers, and computers) that permit us to penetrate time and space barriers. We can now gain access to people and information all over the world without stepping outside our homes or offices. The information revolution has also transformed our legal, accounting and management methods, and even our very lifestyles.
